Description

It avoids the dispersion into the surrounding environment of the removed dusts, which, over time, tend to accumulate on the railway ballast and adjacent areas It avoids that such cleaning is delegated to operators with consequent and obvious health risks It prevents a rough and approximate manual cleaning What is the Automatic Blowing System The Integrated Automatic Blowing System of the metropolitan and tram cars underframe, designed by AirbravoTM, is proposed in two alternatives: System with mobile rolling stock and stationary blowing System with stationary rolling stock and mobile blowing What is the Automatic Blowing System composed of? The automatic blowing underframe system and the related system infrastructure are installed within a prefabricated ad hoc box. The system involves the formation of atransverse uniform laminar flow type from the top downwards that makes possible the stationing and work of personnel inside the box as well as guarantees an optimal visibility of the medium from the control panel. The air coming from above sucks up the particulate matter removed by the (automatic or semi-automatic) cleaning system or by manual retouching operations; the larger size particles are first collected by a wet collection systemthat collects and transports them up to the storage and sedimentation tank. The particles with lower inertia are instead transported up to a separation system through staticscrubbing which, through an effective mixing with water, makes possible their reduction and the consequent outflow of the waste to the collecting tank.
