AirClean® Systems line of portable polypropylene filter boxes allow for a traditional exhaust hood to be converted into a ductless solution. Depending on the chemicals being manipulated, a variety of bonded gas phase filtration is available to meet numerous laboratory applications. AirClean® Systems filter boxes incorporate our ductless hood technology into a mobile polypropylene filter box. Each filter box has a microprocessor controller that allows the operator to vary airflow velocities from 0 to 100 percent of blower capacity. The unique airflow pattern within the filter box promotes ultra quiet operation and produces exceptional capture velocities, even at 100 percent of blower capacity. A solid state gas detector is positioned in the exhaust and calibrated to the chemical with the lowest exposure limit per current published guidelines.
