MANUAL BOOTH FOR POWDER COATING APPLICATION
Spraying powder coating
In general, the booths for the manual and/or automatic powder coating application are classified according to application type of paints, to construction type, to type of material they are made, to recovery system and powder recycling, to type of colour (tints).
The manual booth for powder coating application is essentially consists in a booth module for powder release made by an operator, through guns and applied with electrostatic effect on products to paint. The manual booth for powder coating application can be mono-colour type (for application of single colour) or multi-colour (for application of more colours). The booths, if required, can provide the powder recovery. In this case, the powder in excess are recovered by cyclone, sifted and mixed with new powder and returned to guns, by an appropriate system of aspiration, maintaining, as much as possible, the original granulometric integrity to ensuring the maximum effectiveness of electrostatic charge with the most efficient of powder transfer on pieces.
The waste powder, which by our recovery systems is of small entity, are set behind the dust collector through the use of filter-groups with automatic cleaning cartridges.
The booths are designed and realised for three principal functions:
- to prevent the powder escape from booth
- to keep the right concentration of air and powder
- to re-use part of powder adhered to the product (over-spray).
The booths are realised in compliance to all environmental norms.
