Product range In addition to the wide range of roller bearings in our product line you can also find a large number of specialty rollers. These are supplemented by the classic thrust bearing (KT-bearing) and the custom designed chain and clamping sprockets for our customers. Track roller with plastic coating (KLY) Features The KLY-Rollers are single row rollers with a plastic covered outer ring. They are suitable for applications with low radial loads and high requirements on quiet running operation. The components are made of high-quality rolling bearing steel (e.g. 1.3505). The plastic coating consists of a wear-resistant polyamide material. The inner ring of the KLY-roller can be combinated with an inner ring bolt for riveting or with hole. Sealing Standard design KLY-rollers are not sealed. Operating Temperature The standard design KLY-rollers can operate at temperatures of -10°C to +110°C.
