Description
System 1 - Wrap around labelling
System 1 is designed to apply labels on the whole circumference or a part of it on cylindrical containers. System 1 can be equipped with a side belt to smooth the label, if the label does not need to be orientated, or a labeller with three roller applicator to align the label. With a three roller machine also 2 labels on cylindrical or conical containers (buckets) can be applied.
The capacity of system 1 ranges from 1,000–6,000 bottles per hour according to the used labelling head and the length of the labels.
