Alimenta Industries sells, engineers, manufactures, installs and maintains complete lines for the processing of tomato in its various derivative products, which may be: - Tomato juice, - Sause, - Concentrate, - Peeled tomato, - Tomato cubes. The lines include all the technologic phases of product processing, from its delivery to the processing factory, until the packaging of the industrial product obtained. The raw material is usually delivered to the processing factories by means of lorries, in bulk, or inside bins of about 300 kg. For the production of the sauce juice and concentrate, the lines are made up of the following section: - Reception of the raw material and its water transport to the processing lines - Sorting and grinding - Enzymatic inactivation - Extraction and refining of the juice - Concentration - Sterilization Aseptic packaging. In the case of production of peeled tomato and/or tomato cubes, the sections are as follows: - Reception of the raw material and its water transport to the processing lines - Sorting - Peeling and dicing - Sterilization - Aseptic packaging or packaging in other types of containers
