All-Fill’s Model CF semi-automatic auger filler is a bench top unit designed for dosing of all types of powders including pharmaceuticals and chemicals for a weight range of milligrams to ounces. All product contact parts are made of stainless steel and are designed for easy changeover and clean up. This small auger filler is driven by a servo motor and controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC with a touch-screen operator interface. The CF-SV-600 auger filler can utilize a precision digital balance for the “fill-by-weight” operating principle to maintain a typical accuracy of +/- 1 to 5% depending on product characteristics. The CFS-SV-600 auger filler is identical to the CF-SV-600 but comes standard with an added scale.
