Product Details
The AWS-6020 sample system is designed for trace moisture measurement in gas and general compressed air sampling, enabling the sensor to operate under optimal sampling conditions while safeguarding the hygrometer from high pressures and contaminants, particularly in hydrocarbon environments. Enclosed within an IP66-rated weatherproof cabinet, the AWS-6020 integrates pressure regulation, filtration, flow control, a three-port sample selection valve, sensor holder, dewpoint sensor and dewpoint meter. With this system, both the dewpoint sensor and meter are protected against environmental exposure. Alpha Moisture Systems sample systems provide engineered solutions for extracting and analysing a representative sample of process air or gas, which is subsequently either vented to the atmosphere or returned to the process. This range has been developed through extensive experience in industrial moisture analysis. All systems are constructed from high-quality components to deliver long-term performance and reliability in demanding applications. While a standard configuration is available, this sample system is customisable to suit application requirements.
