Filter cartridges are the ideal solution for dry dust filtration in dust-removal systems. Washable and reusable in most applications, filter cartridges have a larger filter surface area than conventional bag filters and more efficient particle removal with minimal pressure drop; they are easy to install and replace and require low compressed air consumption for cleaning. The filter materials used to make filter cartridges are mainly nonwoven polyester, antistatic aluminized polyester, water-oil repellent polyester, Teflon-coated polyester, polypropylene, and cellulose.
