The product is loaded onto the chute in the infeed area. By means of a cascade of water, the raw product is directed forward and, by means of a pump which sends the water upwards, it allows the carrots/potatoes to continue forward while the stones, which have a different specific weight, they fall downwards which are then carried outwards by means of an elevator. The product then continues above a grid which has the function of filtering the water and at the end there is an upward jet of water which prevents the grass from clogging the grid itself.
