AMADA WELD TECH's TL-80B and TL-180B SeriesThin-Line weld heads for spot welding applications are precision, low inertia, force-fired heads with narrow vertical profiles which exert 1.1 N – 178 N of force (80 Series) or 22 N – 445 N of force (180 Series). The TL-80B and TL-180B Series weld heads are suited to a wide range of applications including the spot welding of batteries and the welding of battery tabs as well as medical device manufacturing and electronic component welding.
