OverviewAMARC designs and manufactures cast-in heating plates to customers' technical specifications. These plates contain one or more armoured heating elements embedded in aluminium, bronze or other alloys and are used in industrial processes such as packaging, thermoforming and flow-packing.
ProductionHeating element geometry is engineered to deliver uniform surface temperature (design dependent) with precision up to ±3°C and service temperatures up to +400°C. The cast-and-press production ensures material homogeneity, high thermal conductivity and effective heat transfer at the contact surface. Final machining is performed on CNC centres for dimensional accuracy.
