The electronic single thread chainstitch machine is used for general tacking operations with automatic thread trimming. The chainstitch tack provides increased productivity over the lockstitch competition as bobbin changes are eliminated. The S-4000 TKF single thread chainstitch machine is capable of sewing single or double row tacks. The selection and adjustments of the tacks is electronic and can be easily changed by the operator. The S-4000 TKF single thread chainstitch machine is offered with submerged sewing head that allows the operator to handle the garment more ergonomically with less operator‘s fatigue. Special optional label dispenser ensures automatic feeding of labels from a roll, folded, unfolded or turned and loaded from the top. This electronically controlled mechanism automatically feeds labels from a roll and tacks them to the required place on the garment. The machine can handle any type of label materials and is far superior for elastic fabrics such as knitwear because of the stitch flexibility. Main Features Electronic Stop and Start Motion The electronic start and stop motion extends machine life and improves machine reliability by eliminating the stop motion and clutch mechanisms. Patented Mechanisms The S-4000 contains six patented mechanisms: - Needle Bar Drive - Looper Drive - Main Cam - Double Lobe Cam - Bite Mechanisms - Feed Mechanisms Fully Enclosed Mechanism DC Drive Motor is fully enclosed within the head casting, eliminating the need for an under the table mounted clutch motor, pulley, belt and brake. This reduces required maintenance and eliminates oil and dust around the working area.
