Product summary
The Imaflexell™ A02 is a three-layer antistatic film with permanent antistatic treatment on both inner and outer surfaces. The inner contact layer is LLDPE compounded with an antistatic agent to maintain cleanliness and long-term static control. The core is metallocene linear low-density polyethylene (mLLDPE) for improved tensile strength, transparency and durability. The outer layer is LLDPE with a durable antistatic agent.

Applications
  • Flexible containment, isolators and sterile enclosures.
  • Permanent antistatic performance with surface resistivity ~10^11 Ω per square.
  • Electrostatic control for cleanrooms, sterile packaging and pharmaceutical production.
  • Powder handling, material flow control and protection of electrostatically sensitive products.
