The powder filling system is fully automatic having a twin auger filling unit. The movement of cans is straight and feeding of the container is in auto mode with accurate arrangement of cans/containers. The lifting of containers, vibration, filling, giving feedback of weight, sorting and discharge of containers are fully automatic. These have accurate servo system, PLC controls, feeding methods by screw and load cell feedback, stainless steel (ss304) construction and detachable glass covers. They have two filling modes, either high speed or accuracy. The filling span is 10-5,000g ,precision is +/-0.3 -1% in high-speed mode and +/-1-2gm in accuracy modes. They are used for glass bottles, metal cans, plastic jars, cardboard cups with sizes in the range of 50-200mm dia and 80-270mm in height with varying speeds of 120fills/min to 60fills/min in the high speed and accuracy modes respectively. These are loaded with remote control downloading of data mechanisim, Wi-Fi, mobile conveyor platform,funnel for recycling and easy-to-clean functions. They are assembled with a Schneider servo motor, Siemens plc, Schneider invertors, pneumatics by Airtac and a weighing sensor from HBM - Germany. These machines operate on 220V, 4.5KW with measurements of 2,813 x 1,535 x 2,500m and 750kg weight.
