The Springtest 3-motorized spring tester is specifically designed for a highly-precised kind of compression measurement. Because of its high reduction ratio, this manually-operated test stand is suitable to perform small springs measurements which has a low force level. It is consists of a displacement sensor which gives a measurement of the flexion or height measured under load with a resolution of 20 µm. This is made of a set of an adjustable limit stops. It also has a measurement display that makes it possible for the force and displacement to be seen. The data can be delivered by using the RS232 output of the display unit. The paralleled lower plate can be adjusted to ensure correct positioning of the spring.
