Overview
The ANSUL® Lithium‑Ion Risk Prevention System monitors lithium‑ion batteries in energy storage installations and battery rooms. Early detection of off‑gases and toxic vapours alerts operators to cell malfunctions and enables interventions to reduce the risk of thermal runaway propagation between cells.

Integration and Capabilities
The system integrates with AUTOPULSE Detection and Control Panel and with INERGEN® or SAPPHIRE® fire suppression systems to deliver coordinated detection, alarm and suppression. It can communicate with the Battery Management System (BMS) to command shutdown of failing battery modules, trigger fire suppression to mitigate off‑gas ignition, and activate local and remote alarms for site personnel and emergency responders.
