Detailed description
The FpControler is a Modbus-to-pilot-wire gateway enabling a BMS (Building Management System) to control fleets of electric heaters. It addresses 4 or 8 independent zones. Outputs are opto-isolated and permit the connection of dozens of heaters distributed across the outputs. Each output can be set to one of the four orders (Comfort / Eco / Frost‑protection / Off) or six orders (Comfort -1°C / Comfort -2°C). The default mode for each channel at power-up or after a Modbus communication timeout is configurable. Addressing and basic configuration are limited to setting the module address via Modbus; no dedicated tool is required. The gateway is offered in Modbus RTU (RS485) or Modbus TCP (Ethernet) versions, and in 4- or 8-channel Fil Pilote output variants.
