This series of lathe machine bed is the box-shaped structure, adopts high standard cast iron (HT300) one molding casting, after the second aging treatment, it has stable performance; guide-way width (550mm), good rigidity, anti-vibration ability; Processed by medium-frequency hardening and machined by the imported rail grinding machine , to ensure a long life, high precision and good maintainability. 3000mm and below for the bed, the upside part and the base are connected by screw; 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm are the overall and whole piece, above 6000mm are overall and tow pieces butted. This series of lathe machine has spindle bore diameter of 100mm, by the heavy-duty bearings for three-point support, rotating stability, automatic forced circulation lubrication, making the transmission system is flexible and effectively cool. Automatic segmentation speed controlled by M code, (CKP6163 / CKP6180 / CKP6194 are manual segmented speed, within segment automatically stepless speed change controlled by the S code selection, achieving stepless speed change and constant linear cutting; CKJ6163 / CKJ6180 / CKJ6194 are manual shift, 18 speed changes). Longitudinal (Z) Feeding: distance between centers for 750mm-1500mm: the AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box is connected directly to the longitudinal ball screw via a flexible coupling. 2000mm-3000mm: AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box drives the ball screw directly via a pair of no backlash reduction gear . 4000mm-6000mm: AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box and reducer connected to the longitudinal ball screw via flexible coupling.
