Automatic segmented speed control by the M code, the segment automatically variable speed by S code selection control, achieved stepless speed and constant linear cutting. X and Z use precision ball screw ensures a high processing accuracy, positioning accuracy and accuracy of retention. CNC system uses the internationally renowned FANUC, SIEMENS or China GSK980TD AC servo control system, axis-Z uses large torque AC servo motor, directly connected to ball screw by non-backlash elastic coupling. X-AC servo motor is associated with a ball screw by 1: 1 toothed belt. Before delivery all the lathe machines use the British RENISHAW laser detector for precision testing, so the lathe machine has a high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
