Overview
The AOPACK BM2800-Ultra is a compact corrugated box maker for on-demand, short-run and mixed-size production. It combines digital printing with slotting, slitting, creasing, vibrating-knife cutting and glue application in a single inline system, eliminating dies and reducing setup time and operator requirements.

Pre-creasing & creasing

• Standard: 4 pre-creasing wheels + 4 creasing wheels, supporting up to 8 longitudinal creasing lines; minimum 1 mm spacing between creases.
• Male & female creasing forms creases on both outer and inner liners to prevent surface cracking and ensure clean folds on heavy or multi-wall boards.
• Offset creasing adjusts longitudinal crease positions according to board thickness to improve folding performance and bottom flatness.

Cutting, slitting & slotting

• Slotting knife: standard 500 mm (max slotting length = 3 × knife length); optional 250 mm knife for extended marking (box height up to 2800 mm).
• Vertical slitting: 4 independent vertical slitting knives driven by separate motors; suitable for 2–30 mm corrugated board; tungsten-steel blades.
• Vibrating knife: perforation cutting, custom holes and irregular shapes without molds.
• Horizontal cutting & gluing: inline cold gluing and glue flap crushing; trims excess material inline.

Applications & box styles
The BM2800-Ultra produces standard RSC cartons, self-locking mailer boxes, snap-lock bottom boxes, base & lid boxes, full-overlap boxes, trapezoidal shelf boxes, octagonal pallet boxes and many custom or complex shapes. Suitable for small-to-medium batch, high-mix and on-demand corrugated packaging.

Automation & operation
Intelligent control automatically repositions modules by box size and design to reduce setup time and operator input. Available automation packages enable continuous operation from pallet feeding to stacked finished boxes.
