Overview
The A-W7 Series Intelligent Welding Workstation is a modular, multi-station laser welding system engineered for automated welding of large steel structures. It combines 3D vision, AI-based seam finding, digital twin technology and offline programming to accelerate installation, enable automated seam recognition and deliver consistent weld results across complex parts.

  • Wide-range floor-track layout with extended travel for welding crane girders, ribbed plates, brackets, bridge diaphragms, ship sub-assemblies and floating deck panels.

  • Real-time arc tracking for repeatable weld consistency and traceability of welding data.
  • Digital twin and MES cloud integration for virtual validation and production visibility.


Process & Programming Capabilities
The system supports automatic process matching, one-click parameter setup, toolpath generation from 3D models, reverse modeling and 2D→3D conversion. Offline programming reduces on-site teach time and labor dependency while enabling predictable production.
