Mechanical Crowning System Precision-machined, heat-treated wedge-type mechanical crowning. The CNC control calculates compensation according to workpiece loading and adjusts upper and lower beam deflection in real time to maintain uniform bend accuracy over the full working length.
Rear Safety Guarding (Optional) Optional rear guarding isolates hazardous zones and prevents access to the machine operating area during cycle. The system is designed to meet contemporary industrial safety standards and improve operator protection.
