APACKS Semi-Automatic Tabletop Gravity Filler is ideal for a variety of thin products. High accuracies are achieved using the volumetric-by-time filling method. This Semi-Automatic Filler is manufactured with a heavy duty 304 stainless steel, tig-welded frame and is available with four 316 stainless steel Fill Heads. PLC controls with touch screen HMI and a polyethylene gravity reservoir come standard. Product can be gravity fed from an overhead bulk tank or pumped from a portable or fixed bulk tank. Options are available for even more versatility, such as a variety of pumps to handle various products and customer applications. Place on a work table or add a frame to stand alone over APACKS Slidetrack or Conveyer. Gravity Fillers are commonly used for filling beverages and other thin products, especially where foaming may be an issue.
