PHICOMETER IN SITU SHEARING TEST The phicometer allows to perform in situ shearing test. The borehole is drilled so as to minimize wall disturbance and to keep a cavity diameter compatible with the equipment (63 mm). The probe is lowered into the borehole to the required test depth, thanks to rods for pulling effort.
