Overview
The CH50 enclosure provides robust protection for small industrial cameras against mechanical damage, dirt, grease, dust, water and overheating. Seals and special design features deliver IP69 resistance to pressurized water, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments. Guiding rods enable quick installation and reconfiguration; camera or lens replacement can be performed without removing the enclosure on site. Standard length is 150 mm (front 50 mm, rear 100 mm); custom lengths available according to camera size and connector needs.

IP69 (IP69K)
The CH50 is certified IP69/IP69K, protecting equipment from high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns as required in hygienic or food-processing areas. The design passed IP69 testing according to EN 60529 (equivalent to ISO 20653 IP69K testing) based on the IP66 baseline.

Passive cooling as secondary camera protection
The mounting spacer system creates a thermal bridge from the camera to the aluminium enclosure, passively dissipating heat and lowering camera and lens temperatures compared to an unprotected camera. This passive thermal path improves operating conditions for sensors and optics without active cooling.

Wide compatibility
CH50 is a universal solution primarily designed for standard 29×29 mm cameras but accommodates widths up to 40 mm and, with minor customizations, taller (30–31 mm) or wider (up to 44 mm) modules. Mounting plates can be adapted for cameras shorter than 28 mm. Standard mounting supports 2× M2 (12 mm) or 2× M3 (20–26 mm) threads; non-standard enclosure lengths depend on connector and camera type.
