Its trademark is the powerful grinding drum. It is able to reach all the corners by flexing slightly around the material. Cross-running brushes are outfitable with a variety of media for individual processing of edges. Double-sided processing, because time is money! With a diameter of 420 mm (16.5") and thanks to a flexible grinding surface, it is able to reliable remove any burrs from plasma and flame-cut parts. Additionally, the EdgeBreaker® is also capable of compensating for uneven surfaces in the material. Quick changing of the abrasive media The EdgeBreaker® 4000 was designed with the goal of keeping downtime to a minimum. All abrasive media of the various processing units can easily be changed, and the inside of the machine is purposefully accessible for faster routine cleanings and maintenance.
