Oxygen measurement with Bosch LSU 4.9 or 5.2 lambda probe Ascon Tecnologic has developed the NEW ZO2SCHEDA04 board for the interface and management of Bosch LSU 4.9 and 5.2 lambda probes. The board finds its main application in the continuous measurement of residual oxygen in the combustion fumes of engines, cogenerators and boilers powered by methane gas or biomass, industrial furnaces and other processes that require oxygen measurement. The new ZO2SCHEDA04 board presents significant improvements compared to previous versions including precision, the addition of the voltage output, the limitation of the power supply current absorption. For the connection to the lambda probe it is possible to use the central hole as a cable passage or the groove near the connection terminal, thus facilitating and expanding the possible solutions for housing and installing the board. The card/sensor calibration can be carried out in ambient air without the aid of titrated cylinders, simply by acting on the adjustment trimmer on the card.
