The Galloni G1, G3 & G5 Series Induction Pressure/Vacuum Casting Machine being a fully proportional computer-controlled power output is noted for its most current and most sophisticated technology. The devices are available worldwide and can be controlled by a custom-built computer integrated with 5.7 TFT color touch screen that helps the operator work through it easily. Being fully automated, all the operator has to do is press a single button after charging the crucible, placing the casting flask in position. The type of alloy and its quantity is not a problem, because the devices have the capacity to adjust the power output and frequency accordingly. Just before the preset casting temperature, the heating current gets modulated by the computerized control system. This helps achieve the set point and with no worry about overshoot. The stirring of the melt goes uninterrupted.
