Description
System for fitting external O-rings
Semi-automatic machine for fitting external O-rings onto sockets.
The O-rings are delivered as bulk material in a conveying system. They are delivered suspended vertically to the fitting station. The individual socket is set manually into fitting position. The individual O-ring is carefully fitted automatically without twisting.
Note:
With this model two O-rings can be fitted together with only one setting of the socket.
The O-rings are delivered as bulk material in a screw conveyor. From there, they are transported singly in correct position over a discharge track to the buffer segment.
