Pineapple-dedicated industrial peeler and corer. Peeling, coring and discharge are performed automatically in a continuous process, suitable for high-volume processing in factories.

Features

• High throughput: automatic peeling, coring and discharge in a continuous sequence, processing approximately 450 pieces per hour.
• Improved yield: achieves about 53% yield after coring compared with approx. 40% for conventional cylindrical cutters, preserving over 10% more edible portion per fruit to help reduce cost.
• Thin, accurate coring: design secures the core at both ends enabling coring down to 30 mm diameter; coring can be enabled or disabled via settings.
• Simple maintenance: parts handling and routine cleaning/periodic maintenance designed for easy operation.
• Mixed-size handling: automatically adjusts peeling thickness according to pineapple size, eliminating the need for sorting and allowing processing of varied sizes.
