Automatic docking system VEGO HSD 01

Description The ASYS Modul VEGO HSD 01 is a SIPLACE docking station for the X-series feeder carts. The integrated 220mm lift function allows the operator to adjust the height of the feeder cart for the duration of the setup. Feeder carts are being used to decrease the setup time of the pick and place system. The operator can prepare and verify the setup offline and also test the feeders. For the offline setup the feeder cart is pushed into the ASYS HSD01 docking station which automatically connects the power and data interface (EDIF). Once locked in place the operator can adjust the most ergonomic work height of the docking station.
