The POLYPHOS CT 7000 is a powerful machine platform for precise laser cutting of IMS and DCB substrates - developed for maximum safety, simple operation and minimum space requirements, a CNC-controlled cutting head together with flexible cutting gases ensures clean cutting edges. They are used in LED lighting and power semiconductor production with DCB substrates.
