EASYFINE’s advanced membrane technology precisely regulates gas content in liquids, enabling rapid deoxygenation, carbonation, or decarbonation in a single, compact process while preserving wine quality, aroma, and stability. Gas flows through hollow fibers as the liquid moves in the opposite direction, allowing gas exchange (pervaporation) via concentration gradients and differential pressure without direct contact between the technical gas and the
wine, protecting its organoleptic character. With vacuum-assisted and positive-pressure operating modes, EASYFINE automatically adjusts pressure or vacuum levels based on incoming wine characteristics to deliver precise, consistent, and repeatable results
