Description

M12 Two-Piece with Push-Pull Connector series, combining modular flexibility with single-hand quick-lock operation. This series meets the rigorous demands of industrial automation, railway transportation, robotics, and medical equipment. The M12 Two-Piece series adopts modular design, separating insert from housing to support A, D, and X coding with front and rear mounting options, fully compliant with IEC 61076-2-101. Engineers can select vertical or right-angle inserts for different PCB layouts, simplifying component stocking, improving assembly efficiency, and enabling flexible system configuration. Within the Two-Piece series, Push-Pull receptacle versions offer hybrid compatibility with both threaded and Push-Pull cables, providing flexibility for maintenance and system upgrades. ATTEND also offers a dedicated M12 Push-Pull series, where both receptacles and plugs adopt the Push-Pull mechanism, compliant with IEC 61076-2-010 for global standard compatibility. Supporting board-to-cable and cable-to-cable connections, this series enables quick, tool-free, single-hand operation while maintaining robust locking performance. "The Push-Pull mechanism enables single-hand operation and eliminates time-consuming multi-turn fastening of traditional threaded connectors," said Leon Hung, Product Manager at ATTEND. "This makes it ideal for harsh industrial environments requiring efficient connections and frequent mating cycles."
