There are also numerous other industries and sectors where compression springs play an important role. Material The compression springs are made on our automatically controlled CNC bending machines. The springs can be made of a large assortment of spring steel with a wire thickness of 0.1 to 34 mm. Depending on the application, compression springs can be winded cylindrically, (un)equal pitch, conically, or barrel shaped. Class-DH spring steel to 2 mm Class-SH spring steel (also called class-C) 2 mm and upwards Chrome-Silicium Chrome-Vanadium Rust proof spring steel: RVS 302 , RVS 316 Phosphor bronze Inconel X750 We also produce compression springs from oval or square wire. Please contact us for more information on the possibilities. Treatment The compression springs produced by ATV Springs can be supplied with various additional treatments. All springs are tempered (subjected to heat treatment). If desired, the springs can be polished. There is also the possibility to give the compression springs an additional surface treatment.
