These plastic pallets are characterised by a solid base that protects the contents from such things as grimy floors. The plastic pallet is food-safe thanks to the use of brand-new material and has been approved for transport jobs in the food industry. Like all AUER hygienic pallets, the cleanroom pallet is heat and cold resistant. It is also robust, but easy to transport. Plastic cleanroom pallets can also be used to store goods in high-bay storage systems. If heavy loads need to be transported or stored, the HD (heavy duty) version of the solid hygienic pallets is the perfect choice. With the help of the reinforcement provided by steel pipes in the pallet, static loads of up to 4,500 kg can be handled. The HD cleanroom pallet with a solid base can carry a load of up to 1,500 kg in a high-bay storage system. A retaining edge can also be added to the solid bases of cleanroom pallets, a feature that enables products to be transported and stored in an even safer and more slip-resistant manner.
