It is the case of fuel tank finishing, welding, and assembly machines. Fuel tanks can be realized monolayer or multilayer (coex), the machining processes are carried out with cutting units without chips, and the process of welding components is based on hot-plate technology. The tank and components loading procedure depends on the production capacity required and it can be automatic with a robot or manual. The monitoring of temperature, force and depth during the welding process is ensured by the control software. Upon customer’s request, machines can also be equipped with a thermal screening software and a components traceability system. These machines can be realized to produce tanks but also filler pipes, AdBlue tanks and for the process of welding filler pipe and tank together.
