Drying unit V-Jet

The V-Jet Injector is an injector for spunlace machines patented by AUTEFA Solutions. Compared to conventional injector systems, the V-Jet injector reduces the distance between the nozzle and the injector base from 15 mm to 25 mm to just 0.5 mm. This reduces the distance between the nozzle strip and the web from the standard 30 mm to as little as 10 mm. The smaller distance reduces collisions between the individual water jets and reduces the tendency to mark. Visually, this quickly becomes noticeable through less streaking. Another advantage is the ability to focus higher when perforating and structuring. The desired effects appear more clearly.
