This kind of filterpress differs from the APF series only in the opening system of the filter pack. The filtration cycle is controlled automatically by the PLC of the machine and also in this case it is possible to adjust the process parameters to obtain the best final result. The opening of the pack takes place simultaneously, so that the filtering plates opens all together at the same time. This model is also equipped as standard with a plate pack shaking device. This machine can be equipped with a single filtering pack or a multiple filtering pack (up to 6 packs of plates) depending on the volume of sludge to be treated. The SPF model is particularly suitable for easier-to-filter sludge with a short filtration time.
