The CNC 3D wire bending machine works by utilizing the wire coiling input provided by the decoiler, which has a loading weight capacity ranging from 500kg to 1000kg. The wire is first straightened using the straightener and the wire feeder, which is equipped with a roller chosen by the user based on the input wire diameter. The wire guide then achieves the desired bending formations using its 360-degree rotary and multiple R-angle options. The bending tool, capable of both inner and outer bendings, can handle even complex bends. The final product is then cut using the cutting tool once the bend is complete. The machine's working process is ensured by the servo motor and CNC programming unit.
