Automatic box height reduction machine E-Cube

Overview
Automates right-sizing for corrugated shipping cartons to improve throughput and reduce dimensional weight and void fill costs in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations. The SEALED AIR® E-Cube system constructs a box base, accepts product by pick-into-container workflows, measures product height, adjusts corner heights and folds and secures upper flaps to produce a right-sized shipping carton suitable for single or multi-item orders and fragile goods.

How it works
The E-Cube forms and seals corrugated cartons on demand. Process sequence: construct box base → product is placed directly into the container → system measures content height → corners are adjusted to the measured height → upper flaps are folded and secured to deliver a right-sized carton ready for shipment.
