Automatic machine for production of curved elements "TNL" The automatic plant "TNL" is suitable to manufacture electrowelded ladders, curved or straight, starting from bars or coils. Its sophisticated technology guarantees a perfectly finished product both in dimension and quality. The machine is equipped with a programmed feeding system allowing the production of different pitches of the transversal wires within a single electrowelded element. The shear moved on 3 axes, is controlled by brushless servomotors and can be provided with a cross wire bending unit and a trimming unit for production of 2 ladders at the same time. The welding unit is totally flexible and engineered with electronic welding quality control in order to grant the perfect compliance of each single piece with the design requirements.
