Special mesh plant "BCM" BCM is AWM's innovative solution for the production of box culverts reinforcement up to a size of 2 meters starting from wire in coils. The plant combines two machines: a special mesh welder, suitable to produce meshes with different wire diameters within the same mesh panel [thus optimizing the reinforcement] and an automatic mesh bender, shaping the mesh for its final use as a cage. The sequential production of different meshes with no manual adjustments makes this machine ideal for box culvert producers, whose costs for preparation of reinforcement are drastically reduced.
