The Smart Device Gateway* Network Instrumentation Module (model NX-SVG) is a multi-vendor IoT gateway equipped with two Ethernet ports and two RS485 ports. In addition to supporting the communication protocols of Azbil-made devices, it supports the communication protocols of various companies’ PLCs and factory automation devices, making it helpful for integrating devices into an IoT. No knowledge of communication programmes or technology is required, and interactive data communication between devices can easily be realised without the need to create communication programmes.
