Automatic shrink wrapping machine SBP

The machines of the B&B - MAF stretch packer series package single products or product formations by means of a film banderole or a full wrap. A multitude of infeed-, formation- and stacking units can be adapted to customer-specific requirements and enable an automatic packaging process. By implementing a longitudinal sealing system, speeds of up to 15 fully closed bundles / minute can be achieved. Sensitive, non-rigid products can be bundled to create a rigid package using a criss-cross banderole consisting of thin, highly stressable films. The side overlappings are utilized to create a dustproof secondary packaging. Using this method, up to 20 bundles / minute can be realized.
