In order to provide highest flexibility in the packaging of paper rolls (industrial rolls, towel rolls, etc.), B&B – MAF has developed combined machines for the case and film packaging of these products. The Triplex machine is capable of packaging products either into case or in film. Three packaging alternatives can be realized: 1. Case packaging in American Case 2. Packaging of paper rolls in film 3. “Sandwich-pack”: Packaging in film with a cardboard support and a lid Speeds of up to 15 cycles / minute for the case packaging and 20 cycles for the film packaging can be achieved. Inline ancillary equipment like plug inserters or inserters for corrugated cardboard supports to protect the plugs broaden the range of packaging possibilities.
