The HRB internal/external circulation homogenizer with adjustable GAP ensures optimal dispersion quality over a wide viscosity range. The HRB is designed for batch operation with external or internal recirculation homogenization, allowing continuous raw material introduction, high-flow pumping, dispersion/emulsion, and self-cleaning under CIP conditions. The first chamber of the homogenizer is equipped with a combination of liquid and powder inlet valves, with continuous suction thanks to the associated Venturi and vacuum effects. Liquid and powder additives are introduced directly into the high turbulence area, eliminating the disadvantages of conventional inlets in industrial processes. The second chamber integrates the rotor-stator, ensuring homogeneous dispersion and narrow particle size distribution. An automatic GAP adjustment system, from 10% to 100%, allows shear rates up to 250,000 s-1 to achieve fine emulsions and dispersions from 10 µ to 1 µ.
