The BALTECH HI-1660 is an induction heater especially used for bearing and supporting technical specialists. The device heat parts before installing them. Each induction heater composed of a control unit, temperature sensor, easy replaceable yokes and gloves that can resist heat. The unit can heat device that weighs 350kg with 860mm inner diameter. The heater can be used in repairing electric motor. The first step is, the motor housing is heated. Then, the bearings are installed on the shaft. The heating temperature is controlled by a non contact laser thermometer. The device consist of an electronic timer ranging from 0 to 99 minutes. The maximum power used by the device is 10kVA. Each BALTECH HI induction heater consist of a magnetic induction, digital display, sound signal, error report, heating temperature information storage, heating time control on the display, automatic demagnetization and automatic protection from overheating.
