Industrial Sensing Dashboards
Product overview
Banalytics renders processed results and device or health state from your sensing pipeline into dashboards, 2D/3D visualizations, geospatial maps across multi-site plants, and SVG-based custom panels, without bolting a separate BI or visualization tool onto the pipeline.
Problem this solves
Research, DAQ, and measurement teams have processed results and health data but no easy way to visualize them geographically or in 3D across multiple sites or assets, short of licensing separate dashboarding or BI software, or building a DIY dashboard stack.
How it works
Processed outputs and events flow into the Banalytics orchestration layer → rendered via Cesium (3D geospatial globe) or Mapbox/OpenStreetMap (2D maps) for multi-site layouts, or SVG/3D Space/Sphere dashboards for single-site asset visualization → accessible from any browser.
Architecture example
Site A (Refinery Unit 1): pressure/vibration sensors, processed via your module, shown on a 3D Sphere Dashboard displaying per-asset health.
Site B (Remote Pumping Station, 40 km away): a geolocated marker on a Mapbox dashboard showing live status.
All sites → a single Banalytics Dashboard · Cesium/Mapbox map view · drill into a 3D asset view per site.
Who this is for
Research, DAQ, and measurement teams;
instrumentation engineers;
plant reliability teams who need one visual place to see everything across every site.
Key features
3D Space and 3D Sphere dashboards for per-asset detail.
Cesium 3D geospatial globe for multi-site layouts.
Mapbox/OpenStreetMap 2D maps with geolocated markers.
SVG custom panel rendering for site- or asset-specific views.
Real-time data binding between acquisition/orchestration and the visual layer.
Drill-down from a map or globe view into per-asset 3D or panel detail.
Technical specifications
Rendering: Cesium (3D geospatial globe), Mapbox/OpenStreetMap (2D maps), 3D Space/Sphere dashboards, and SVG custom panels.
Data binding: dashboards render live and historical data from the acquisition/orchestration layer in real time.
Multi-site: geolocated markers and drill-down from a map or globe view to per-asset 3D or panel detail.
Access: browser-based; no dedicated visualization software or license required.
Module interface: dashboards visualize your processed results and health status; the underlying algorithm stays behind the module boundary.
Way of work
Phase 0: Technical demo (free). Architecture walkthrough using your own use case, no data required.
Phase 1: PoC (always free). Validate dashboard and visualization requirements, and which type fits your use case, using mock or replayed data; no real hardware, no device-specific engineering.
Phase 2: Funded Pilot. Connect real devices at one site and build out the real dashboard or map view on live data. Commercial once a scoped rollout-assistance engagement is purchased, or a custom device/3rd-party software integration is required.
Phase 3: Production. Harden and scale to additional lines or sites; ongoing support agreed separately.
